Jack and the team were all very helpful despite a few things needing fixing on the car (not their fault!). They were consummate professionals throughout and helped resolve everything with a smile and a proactive attitude. Overall, a lovely experience and I would highly recommend the entire team. Their attitude was always customer first and in the face of third party suppliers letting them down, they stepped up and made the experience pleasurable (even when I was frustrated l!). Can’t be anymore glowing about them and ultimately the car is now perfect. This is from a very discerning customer who has been let down by car dealers consistently over the years.
